Presentation Evening – Saturday 19th June, Hyde Town Hall
There are still a number of people who have not yet replied with regards to the Presentation Evening as to whether or not they will be attending.
Can I please ask you to complete the slip that accompanied the letter and return asap. I need to know which pupils will be present so that I can plan the demonstration part of the evening.
I f you have lost or mislaid the relevant slip you will find some spare copies pinned to the notice board within the corridor.

Can I please ask that you complete & return the attached slip so that I can ensure I have up to date contact details for individual pupils. It really helps me to have mobile no’s as a contact, as more often than not I need to send a reminder or an important message with regards to a lesson change etc and this helps me to make it a speedy process !
Annual School Show – Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th July 2010, RNCM Theatre, Manchester
A reminder that the school show will take place on the above dates. The theme of
this year’s show is all about British Artists, hence the title “THE BRITS”. Rehearsals
will begin later on this week when the exams have occurred when it will be full steam
ahead ! Can I please emphasise how important it is that your child attends every
lesson available to them as we are now on countdown of 12 weeks to the big day
and every lesson counts ! In addition if you do not intend for your child to take
part, please inform me asap.
On the attached slip I have also requested that you provide information on your child’s sizing, as I am sure you can appreciate how difficult it is to find costumes for every number within the show, so this information will really help me to move forward successfully !
